How To Throw A Killer Halloween Party
No matter what people might say – Halloween isn’t just for kids anymore. A Halloween party is the perfect way to let your hair down, get dressed up and have a last big blowout before we all have to start saving our money for the festive period.
Easily the most important part of any Halloween party is your costume. Decide early on if you want your party to have a theme as people will need time to plan and shop for their outfits. Just try and come up with something creative, everyone is sick of seeing the costumes year in and year out. We’ve gathered some of our all time favourites to help give you some ideas.

If you want to ramp up the volume, why not treat your guests to some of the green stuff? Be careful though – absinthe really does pack a punch!
You need your venue to look as good as you do, so get inventive with your decorations to create the perfect spooky atmosphere.
Use those empty wine bottles you keep meaning to recycle as candle holders to create a low light, mysterious vibe. It’s even better if you let them burn a bit before the event itself so your bottles can be covered in dripping wax.

You’ll need to get a bit crafty for this one – but it’s still incredibly easy to do. Just get some mason jars, black permanent markers and tea lights. Find some spooky images online and print them out in black in white. Place the printed image inside the Mason jar, and use your marker to trace the design on the outside. When you’re done, just remove the paper and place a tea light inside and you’ll have some spooky Halloween lanterns.
Have you taste any of this? This pumpkin was one of my favorite carvings of the event.
